Welcome to the Nairn U3A branch website

Nairn beach and harbour

Nairn is a seaside town beside the Moray Firth in the north of Scotland, home to the Nairn Branch of the University of the Third Age (U3A). We meet regularly for a talk from a guest speaker, and a chat afterwards. There are also several small study groups which pursue various subjects. The Nairn group is very friendly - we welcome new members at any of our meetings.

Next meeting: Wednesday 22nd September

Our fortnightly programme of open meetings will resume for the 2010/2011 season with a social afternoon, so that returning members can meet old friends and new members can find out more about U3A and our activities. There will be no charge for this meeting - if you decide to join us, please pay at the next meeting. Please arrive at 1:45 for a 2pm start.

Current members will receive full details of the new season's programme by post shortly before the first meeting. Membership fees remain £8 for the year.
